Cancellations And Rescheduling

Cancellation & Refund Policy Journeys 8 CPR strives to accommodate an array of schedules to fit the needs of our future and returning students. If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, a request to reschedule must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the course start time. If the request to reschedule is less than 72 hours, the course fee will be forfeited, and the student will have to complete the registration process again for a future course. Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the course start date. All refunds, if given, will be refunded to the same source in which payment was made, less any discounts that were applied and fees that will be incurred to issue said refund. Depending on the bank, the refund processing time is approximately 3-5 business days. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued, if any requests are made in less than 72 hours of the course start date. Absolutely under no circumstances will refunds be issued for an eLearning course once the course has been sent to the student. In the event that J8CPR must cancel a class, every effort will be made to reschedule within 72 hours on the date that is convenient for the student and J8CPR.  For questions regarding this policy, please email journeys8cpr@gmail.com.
